Welcome to Utilery. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Utilery mobile application and services (“Service”) provided by UTILERY SOFTWARE OPC PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Utilery, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

• Harmful Conduct: Uploading viruses, malware, or attempting to interfere with the app’s security or performance.
• Data Mining: Using automated systems (bots, spiders) to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Infringement: Using the app to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are the exclusive property of UTILERY SOFTWARE OPC PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Any unauthorized access to our servers and/or personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, or Trojans transmitted through the Service by third parties.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms within the app. Your continued use of Utilery after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
