UTILERY SOFTWARE OPC PRIVATE LIMITED  ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Utilery  application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our services.

• Usage Data:  Information on how you interact with our utilities (e.g., tools used, timestamps).

2. Enterprise and Organization Accounts

If you use Utilery through an account provided by an organization (e.g., your employer), your use of the service is subject to that organization’s policies. Please note the following:

• Account Ownership:  An enterprise user's account is owned and controlled by the organization.
• Usage Reporting:  Your usage of the application—including but not limited to tool activity, frequency of use, and credit consumption—will be reported to designated administrators or personnel within your organization.
• Account Control:  The deletion, suspension, or disabling of an enterprise account is at the sole discretion of the organization. If you wish to exercise your data rights (such as data deletion), you may need to direct your request to your organization’s administrator.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our productivity tools.
• To process transactions and manage credits.
• To communicate updates and provide support.
• To protect against fraud and maintain platform security.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Individual Accounts:  We retain information as long as the account is active. Users can request deletion at any time.
• Enterprise Accounts:  Retention is governed by the agreement between the Company and your organization.
• Processed Files:  For standard utility functions, uploaded files are generally deleted from our servers shortly after processing is complete.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

• Your Organization:  As detailed in the Enterprise section above.
• Service Providers:  Trusted partners (e.g., Google Cloud for hosting, payment gateways) necessary to run the service.
• Legal Compliance:  When required by Indian law or valid legal processes.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your data. While we strive for maximum security, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. For enterprise users, these rights may be managed through your organization’s administrator.
