Assign allowed utilities to Groups of your choice - e.g. Default, Marketing, Development, etc. A user can belong to only one Organization, but within that org, any number of Groups. A user has access to the union of utilities assigned to Groups they are in.
Credits are assigned and accounted for at the Organization level. Since a user can belong to multiple Groups, presently, credits cannot be accounted for at a group level.
Nothing for you. I bear the cost of building it, deploying it, and maintaining it. However, using it could consume credits.

Yes. We use Firebase Authentication and we can support SSO through SAML, OpenID Connect, and other providers supported by Firebase Authentication. For social logins, currently we support only Google (preferred) or email/password based logins.
